WHY IS THE COMPANY CALLED
GREEN VALLEY PHOTOGRAPHY?
Daniel is of Costa Rican decent and was able to spend time living and working there after he graduated from college. His last name Valverde means 'green valley' when translated into English. He is bilingual Spanish/English and wanted to incorporate his heritage into his company.

Daniel is an internationally published photographer based in Charlotte, NC and has also worked professionally in Arkansas, and Costa Rica. He was the recipient of Elevate Lifestyle Magazine's "Top 30 Under 30" Award and selected as a RAW Artist (national arts organization) for his photography. His work has been published in over 50 magazines across 4 continents.
His taken photographs for CommunityOne Bank, Worth Advisors, and Society Charlotte Magazine. He is known for his professionalism and seamless photo editing.

andrea horne, creative director
Andrea was raised in Boston and moved to London, England where she worked for 6 years. She has written articles/interviews for several national and international magazines. Andrea's inspiration comes from international travel; she has visited 36 countries across 6 continents. Her favorite destinations have been Bali, Iceland, and Argentina.
She organizes and assists Daniel during photo shoots. Andrea also culls the photos and acts as the second set of eyes to ensure images are their best.
WICKED SMARTS: She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, and has her Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
